PCP’s Leadership Pathway

Our Leadership Pathway program is designed to transform healthcare students at the heart of care. The program provides students with opportunities to develop essential Relational Leadership™ skills through learning and doing in the context of community — supporting their own growth and the growth of others.

PCP’s Leadership Pathway teaches competencies in:

  • Manage Self
  • Foster Teamwork
  • Coach & Develop
  • Accelerate Change

Progression through the Leadership Pathway begins with service as a Team Leader in our Action Network, and continues as you develop skills along the way. There are a variety of different paths depending on your strengths, interests, and availability. Roles within the Leadership Pathway include Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator.
