Primary Care Progress offers certification in Relational Leadership (RL) topics to students and professionals across all stages of training and discipline. These credentials, signaling various levels of mastery of teamwork and collaboration concepts and strategies, are available upon completion of foundational regular programs offered by PCP. Upon completion of coaching and/or training courses, graduates will be able to apply these skills with colleagues and peers in a professional setting.
Certificate: Fundamentals of Relational Leadership
Certificate: Relational Facilitation
Awarded to those who have earned the Fundamentals of Relational Leadership Certificate, completed the Fundamentals of Facilitation workshop, and provided 18+ hours of facilitation in an RL program.
Certificate: Relational Coaching
Awarded to those who have earned the Fundamentals of Relational Leadership Certificate, completed the 10-hour Relational Coaching Course, and completed a practicum (or equivalent).
Certificate: Relational Training
Awarded to those who have earned the Fundamentals of Relational Leadership Certificate, completed the 10-hour Relational Training Course, and completed a practicum (or equivalent).
