Inspiration Leadership Community

The PCP Chapter Network

PCP has established more than 50 PCP chapters across the country, and the thousands of chapter members through the years are the heart and soul of our change-making community. Chapters are the space where interprofessional teams of students, trainees and faculty harness their new leadership skills to run powerful campaigns to promote primary care in their local communities, advance innovations in care delivery and accelerate educational reform on their campuses.

Support for chapters initially came from a national team of experts in community organizing and advocacy. Over time, this support has expanded to focus on a unique and robust relational leadership development curriculum.

PCP is committed to developing a new cadre of leaders in primary care, and many former chapter members remain active and support the network as trainers, coaches and mentors.
